To ensure that Michael is able to maximize the effectiveness of his presentation, please have the following items in place:
- Small table on the platform for Michael’s laptop
- Audio line for his laptop
- LCD projector (minimum 1000 lumens)
- Projection screen appropriate to the room and audience size
- Microphone – wireless preferred
- Easel with large pad of paper
- Wide tip markers in dark color
